HISTORY - Sebastion was 'created' through the act of science as a test on his species. He spent his whole life in a scientific and military enviroment. He's well versed in combat, though perfers hand to hand. He did get a proper edjucation while growing up, and, surprisingly, is fairly smart. Though he refuses to act as such. He was kept from most human contact. So, he doesn't always know how to act around people. He grew up with very little freedom, which is still a truth today. He's always been treated like a monster or an animal. His sole purpose is to get rid of Las Plagas and what is left of Umbrella. He thinks a normal life is a romantic comedy.
